Turn around time & Shipping:
•2-10 business days to fulfill and ship items, unless noted.
•For pick-ups, please wait for a notification letting you know that your order is ready for pick up.
•Some items are ready to ship, but if you order custom orders or pre-orders items will ship till then.
•If wanting to ship items that are ready first, please do separate orders. Shipping fees can be applied!
• All United States orders ship USPS first class mail or Priority Mail for $5
• Orders over $35 ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail (United States only).
• Once order shipped, United States orders should arrive within 2-10 days.
• I only ship to United States shipping address currently.
MORE BOW INFORMATION
•Some bows show slight pen marks on the back.
•Some bows (Faux Synthetic Leather Bows) show slight burns due during the sealing process on bows. I seal bows to avoid them from fraying.
Returns & Canceled Orders:
• You have 12 hours to make changes or cancel your order. After that, I cannot edit or cancel your order, Items are only eligible for return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Returned items must not be worn, used, or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
• Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note as to why the merchandise is being returned.
•You must pay shipping for returned items.
• HOLIDAY ITEMS and CLEARANCE ITEMS are non returnable, unless it is damaged.
• Damaged items must be reported within 2 days after the item was received.
• Customized items is non-returnable.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return.
• We don't exchange orders. Please cancel your order and place another order.
Warning & Care Instructions:
•Do not leave child unattended with items. Can break and cause choking hazzard.
•Do not machine wash. Hand wash only. Do not hard scrub. Do not machine dry. Hang to dry.
